The Instrument Academies aim to provide talented and motivated children and young people with the highest quality music education.
Our students, who range in age from 8 to 22, come from all over Finland. We support their goal-oriented instrument studies by offering masterclasses led by some of the best Finnish and international teachers during weekends and school holidays.
The Instrument Academies is a registered association comprising the String Academy, the Youth Piano Academy Finland, the Woodwind Academy, and the Brass Academy. They were founded as separate entities, but in 2023 they came together under a joint umbrella association, the Instrument Academies.
The Instrument Academies Association is supported by the Finnish Cultural Foundation and the Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation.
